Return Policy

If you’re not 100% satisfied with your purchase, we’re happy to exchange your purchase or accept a return for a full refund.  Here are the details…

Returns

• all returns must be initiated within 30 days after the product is delivered
• refunds will be granted in the same method as original payment (cash for cash, credit for credit, etc)
• all returned garments must be in their original condition
• we do not cover the cost of return shipping

Exchanges

• all exchanges must be initiated within 30 days after the product is delivered
• all exchanged garments must be in their original condition
• we will credit you for the shipping incurred for an exchange

Step 1: Process Your Return

Fill out this form with your name, why you’re returning/exchanging, receipt # or transaction ID, etc..

2. Email(valid email required)
3. Enter your transaction ID # (if you used your PayPal account) or receipt # (if you just used a credit card).(required)

Step 2: Shipping

Ship your items back to us at MKM Designs LLC and please include a copy of your receipt or the invoice originally included in the box.
